Position: Receptionist
Location: Sakya Academy of Higher Education, Nugegoda / Kiribathgoda
Department: Front Office
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist students, staff, and visitors
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally
• Manage front desk operations and daily inquiries
• Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
• Ensure reception area is organized and presentable
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala
• Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and manage front-desk flow
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
• Previous experience in reception or customer service is an advantage
Working Hours: Office hours 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM
