We’re hiring a warm, confident Front Desk & Sales Executive — not just someone to answer the phone, but someone who loves people and loves closing. If you can turn an enquiry into a booking and a booking into a loyal repeat client, you’ll earn very well here.
What you’ll do:
• Welcome walk-in, phone & WhatsApp enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Recommend and upsell services (nails, facials, treatments) and retail products
• Drive rebookings and build a loyal client base
• Manage the appointment book, front desk and payments
• Keep the reception area beautiful and the client experience 5-star
• Genuine sales / customer-service ability (salon, spa, hotel front desk, retail, telecom or pharmacy experience is a big plus)
• Fluent Sinhala + working English (to serve local and tourist clients)
• Friendly, well-groomed, target-driven personality
• Basic computer / smartphone skills
• O/L or A/L preferred — but attitude and sales instinct matter most
