Foreman – Mechanical
• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Automotive Engineering/Heavy Equipment Maintenance from a recognized institute.
• 10 years’ work experience with a minimum of 5 years in Highway and Major Roads sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise mechanical service/ maintenance of equipment/ plants.
• Implement preventive maintenance and ensure timely servicing of heavy machinery and vehicles.
• Manage workshop operations, including tools, equipment and spare parts inventory.
• Monitor fuel consumption and ensure correct lubrication and oil changes as per schedules.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure safe operation of all construction machinery at site and workshop.
