A well known FMCG company is looking out for a Vehicle administrator for its fleet and service administration focusing on vehicle tracking, maintenance, compliance and documentation.
Key responsibilities involve managing maintenance data, scheduling maintenance and communicating vehicle movements to optimize operations.
𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
1–2 years of relevant experience
Administration: Handling vehicle registrations, insurance renewals and compliance with company policies.
Fleet Management: Tracking vehicle movements, reducing downtime and coordinating maintenance schedules.
Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills
Qualifications: G.C.E. A/L or a recognized relevant technical diploma / previous experience in similar roles is a benefit / Computer literacy in MS Office
