💼 POSITION : Field Service Executive - YAMAHA Motorcycle
💠 REQUIREMENTS : | # 💠 CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Diploma or Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering (Preferred: BSc in Automotive Technology).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in motorcycle service or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and electrical systems.
Previous experience with SAP or any ERP system is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to train and guide dealer staff.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
💠 RESPONSIBILITIES : | # 💠 JOB PROFILE :
Perform on-site service, maintenance, and repairs for Yamaha motorcycles.
Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Conduct periodic service campaigns and customer clinics.
Train and guide dealer service staff on Yamaha standards and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
Maintain accurate service records and prepare reports.
(Assigned working area will be decided during the interview.)
