【~】• We are looking for dynamic and responsible Field Officers / Field Supervisors to oversee on-site operations and technical teams.
【~】• The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring quality control, managing field activities, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients on-site.
# 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】• Diploma or certificate in a technical or management field from a recognized institution.
【~】• Proven experience in a supervisory or field officer role, preferably in engineering or HVAC.
【~】• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
【~】• Strong customer service mindset.
【~】• Must possess a valid driving/riding license and be willing to travel to project sites.
【~】• Ability to work independently and manage technical teams efficiently.
𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】• Supervise on-site installations, maintenance projects, and technical teams.
【~】• Ensure all field work complies with company quality standards and safety regulations.
【~】• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during on-site operations.
【~】• Assess project requirements, estimate site materials, and report progress to management.
【~】• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical or technical challenges that arise on-site.
【~】• Monitor team performance and ensure timely project completion.
