Position: Female Restaurant Supervisor
What You'll Do:
✔️ Lead and motivate restaurant team members to deliver outstanding customer service
✔️ Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
✔️ Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene
✔️ Support training and development of team members
✔️ Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
✔️ Monitor inventory, cash handling, and operational procedures
✔️ Drive team performance and achieve restaurant targets
What We're Looking For:
✅ Female candidates with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or customer service industry
✅ Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
✅ Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
