Zarina Enterprises is looking for an experienced **Farm Labour Contractor** to supply and manage agricultural workers for our farm in Wanathavillu, Puttalam.

The selected contractor will be responsible for arranging reliable workers for regular farm operations and peak green chilli harvesting periods.
## Responsibilities
* Supply the agreed number of farm workers on required dates
* Assign one person to supervise the labour team
* Maintain worker attendance and daily productivity records
* Arrange replacement workers when required
* Coordinate worker transport where necessary
* Ensure workers arrive on time and complete assigned work
* Ensure chilli is harvested without damaging the plants
* Support regular farm activities and high-volume harvesting periods
## Farm Work Covered
Workers supplied by the contractor may be assigned to:
* Green chilli harvesting
* Planting and transplanting
* Weeding and field cleaning
* Fertilizer application
* Irrigation-related field work
* Plant maintenance
* Sorting, weighing and packing harvested chilli
* General farm maintenance
## Preferred Experience
The contractor should have previous experience supplying workers for agricultural work such as chilli, vegetables, fruit, tea, coconut or plantation operations.
Experience managing harvesting teams is preferred.
## Contract and Payment
We are open to discussing:
* Payment per worker per day
* Payment per kilogram harvested
* Fixed rates for specific work
* Seasonal or recurring labour supply
Transport and accommodation arrangements can be discussed depending on the location of the workers.
