📍 **Location:** Wattala

# 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:

【~】• Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L in the Commerce stream.

【~】• Full or partial qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, AAT, or an equivalent professional body will be an added advantage.

【~】• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier, Accounts Clerk, or in a similar finance-related role.

【~】• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.

【~】• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.

【~】• Hands-on experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a distinct advantage.

【~】• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.

【~】• High level of integrity, honesty, accountability, and attention to detail.

【~】• Candidates residing in or near Wattala are preferred.

# 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:

【~】• Handle all petty cash disbursements, daily cash collections, and ensure the safe custody of cash and cheques.

【~】• Accurately record daily transactions, petty cash expenses, and receipts in the company accounting system/ERP.

【~】• Verify supplier invoices, transport bills, and casual labor payments before processing.

【~】• Perform daily cash reconciliations and report any discrepancies immediately.

【~】• Prepare bank deposits and coordinate daily/weekly banking activities.

【~】• Manage cash withdrawals required for factory operations and utility payments.

【~】• Work closely with factory management, HR, and the finance team to ensure compliance with company financial policies.

【~】• Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financial records.
