💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
Successfully completed G.C.E. O/L & A/L examinations
Has basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite (an added advantage)
Prior experience in Sales or After-Sales (advantageous but not mandatory)

Available to work on a 5-day roster, including weekends
Has excellent communication skills (Bi/Tri-lingual preferred)
Strong interpersonal abilities

Provide exceptional customer service to ikman members
Handle member inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Assist members with platform-related queries
Support sales and after-sales processes
Ensure member satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance member experience
Maintain accurate records of member interactions
