**What you'll do**

✅ Run daily store operations

✅ Drive sales and hit branch targets

✅ Lead and motivate the team

✅ Manage stock, purchasing and losses

✅ Keep customers coming back

**What we're looking for**

✅ Experience in supermarket, retail or sales

✅ Strong leadership and people skills

✅ Honest, reliable, calm under pressure

✅ Comfortable with computers and POS
