【~】 Minimum of 03 passes at the G.C.E. Advanced Level
【~】 A minimum of 01 year of experience
【~】 Experience in last mile delivery and customer service/sales (added advantage)
【~】 Fluent in English and Sinhala; ability to speak in Tamil (added advantage)
【~】 Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office packages

【~】 Act as the main point of contact for all matters relating to client concerns and needs for assigned clients
【~】 Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
【~】 Maintain accurate client records, tracking contract updates and renewals
【~】 Work with sales and internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are met
【~】 Develop a thorough understanding of products and service offerings to upsell and cross-sell to clients
【~】 Handle inquiries and requests from customers in the territory and address their needs
【~】 Stay updated on assigned accounts to ensure services meet client budgets and needs
【~】 Coordinate regularly with team members to discuss progress and improve business
