1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, delivery platforms, online sales or retail operations
Strong Excel, reporting and analytical skills
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage multiple channels, campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Manage Uber Eats, PickMe Food, the company's delivery platform, and website operations to achieve sales, order, and conversion targets
Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, images, promotions and maximum product availability across all channels
Coordinate with stores and operations to improve order acceptance, preparation time and fulfilment while reducing cancellations
Develop and execute channel-specific promotional calendars with business and marketing teams
Work with delivery platform partners to improve visibility, advertising performance, customer ratings and channel growth
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, analyse performance and recommend corrective actions and growth opportunities
