Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Liaise with clients, vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and documentation.
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities related to events.
Handle on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Prepare post-event reports and evaluate event success.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in event planning or coordination is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
