About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Documentation Engineer to develop and maintain clear, accurate, and structured technical documentation for our industrial IoT and programmable controller product range (NORVI).
This role plays a key part in enabling system integrators, developers, and OEM customers to successfully understand, integrate, and deploy our products in real-world applications.
You will work closely with hardware, firmware, and product teams to translate technical designs into practical, usable documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain:
Product datasheets
Hardware manuals
Pinout diagrams, wiring diagrams, and block diagrams
Quick start guides
Application notes and integration guides
Collaborate with:
Hardware and firmware engineers to validate technical accuracy
Product owner to align documentation with product intent
Maintain documentation versioning and change logs
Review technical content for accuracy when required
Support internal teams by clarifying product usage and technical details
Ensure consistency and structure across all technical documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational background in:
Electronics Engineering
Mechatronics
Embedded Systems
Computer Engineering or related field
Understanding of:
Microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32, or similar)
Sensors, power systems, and I/O
Common communication interfaces (UART, RS-485, I2C, SPI, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret schematics and datasheets
Strong written communication skills in English
Attention to detail and structured thinking
Nice to Have
Prior experience in technical documentation or technical writing
Familiarity with IoT systems (NB-IoT, LoRaWAN, MQTT, REST APIs)
Experience with documentation or diagramming tools
Basic exposure to version-controlled workflows
