E-Commerce Marketing Assistant (Male / Female)

Qualifications
• Must have successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
• Candidates who appeared for A/L in the Commerce Stream will have an added advantage.
• Age between 18 and 25 years.
• Applicants residing in areas with easy access to Wellawatte such as Nugegoda, Dehiwala, Ratmalana, Bambalapitiya, Mount Lavinia, and surrounding areas are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in Sinhala, Tamil, and English will be considered an added qualification.
• Passion for customer service and digital marketing.
• Strong interest in beauty, skincare, personal care, and wellness products.
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide friendly, accurate, and professional customer service via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to process and prepare customer orders.
• Assist in managing website content, product listings, and promotional campaigns.
• Support social media marketing activities and customer engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to the growth and success of Watsans.lk's e-commerce operations.
