🔹 Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to our products via email, marketplace messaging systems, and online platforms
Provide support for orders, returns, cancellations, refunds, and order tracking
Respond to customer questions on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce marketplaces
Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, delivery, sales, and portfolio teams)
Maintain accurate customer records, case logs, and reports
🔹 Requirements
Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in Customer Service (E-commerce preferred)
Strong English communication skills (written communication is very important)
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online systems
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally under pressure
Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to handle customer communication across multiple marketplaces and regions
Willingness to use AI tools to assist in understanding and responding in different languages when required
