Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Bus Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for staff. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations by strictly following assigned routes and schedules while maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport staff to and from designated locations on time
- Follow assigned routes and schedules strictly
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues immediately
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
- Maintain discipline and professionalism when dealing with staff
- Assist in emergency situations if required
Requirements:
- Valid heavy vehicle driving license
- Proven experience as a bus or staff transport driver
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible
- Ability to work flexible shifts if needed
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: USD 360 per month (approximately LKR 100,000+)
