Job Role:
- Develop and implement strategies for market entry, growth, and sustainability.
- Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on progress and challenges.
- Organize workshops, demos, and training sessions for tools.
Requirements:
- Required experience minimum 3 years in relevant field.
- Passed G.C.E A/L.
- Age between 20-40 years.
- Strong understanding of industry trends.
- Good Knowledge of Automotive and industrial Tools
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving Skill.
- Strong leadership skill.
