The role will involve developing the business and increasing market share by providing customised solutions for products related to Solar Power. You will directly collaborate with third parties, sales, and marketing teams to acquire new customer accounts and service existing ones.
# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】✪ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
【~】✪ Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
【~】✪ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve district targets and revenue goals.
【~】✪ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Representatives to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
【~】✪ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
【~】✪ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
【~】✪ Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
