We are looking for a results-driven Female Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the online presence of our hotel. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in digital platforms, online promotions, and content-driven customer engagement, with a clear focus on increasing bookings and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile).
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for room bookings, promotions, events, and offers for restaurant, swimming pool and banquets.
* Handle paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with performance tracking.
* Strong ability to write creative scripts for reels.
* Create engaging content (posts, captions, short videos, reels, basic designs).
* Coordinate with hotel operations to promote seasonal packages and special events.
* Monitor analytics, inquiries, conversions, and prepare simple performance reports.
* Respond to online inquiries, messages, and reviews in a professional manner.
* Work with external designers, photographers, or influencers when required.
* Ability to appear and perform in social media reels will be an added advantage.
Requirements
A Female - aged between 20 - 35 years.
Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management (hospitality experience is an advantage).
Good knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram promotions, and Google tools.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva / CapCut / similar tools).
Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
Ability to work independently and meet marketing targets.
Creative mindset with a good understanding of customer behavior in the hotel industry.
