Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual for a Remote Trainee position. This role is perfect for someone with a natural creative "eye" and a passion for social media who is looking for a professional start in digital marketing.
You will be responsible for sifting through large photo catalogues to find the best imagery and transforming those assets into high-quality social media content. While this is a trainee role, excellent English skills and high digital literacy are non-negotiable.
Core Requirements
Strong English Skills (Mandatory): You must be able to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct captions. You must also be able to understand and follow detailed written instructions in English without confusion.
Technical Setup: You must have access to a reliable computer/laptop and a solid, high-speed internet connection (capable of handling large photo/video file transfers).
Visual Instinct: You have a natural sense of what looks good—you understand composition, "vibes," and brand consistency.
Willingness to Learn: You are proactive about learning new software. If you don't know a tool, you are willing to put in the time to watch tutorials and master it.
The Training & Responsibilities
We will train you on our specific systems, but your day-to-day will include:
Photo Curation: Going through raw photo catalogues to select the best shots for social media.
Content Creation: Creating Reels, TikToks, and Carousels from static imagery using tools like Canva or CapCut.
Copywriting: Drafting compelling captions and hashtags in perfect English.
Operational Support: Assisting with other digital tasks, such as file organization, basic data entry, or research to keep the business running smoothly.
