👨🍳 Position
Demi Chef de Partie
🍳 Key Responsibilities
🔪 Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific kitchen section
🍽️ Prepare and present dishes according to established standards
📋 Ensure consistency, portion control, and quality of food
🧹 Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the assigned kitchen area
📦 Assist in stock control and proper storage of ingredients
👨🍳 Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
⚡ Support kitchen operations during busy service periods
✅ Requirements
👨🍳 2 – 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen
🍴 Experience in a busy restaurant or hotel environment
📊 Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
🧑🤝🧑 Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
⏰ Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
⭐ Additional Advantage
🌍 Experience in Sri Lankan and International cuisine
🍝 Knowledge of Italian dishes such as pasta and lasagna
🎓 Qualifications
📘 Professional culinary training or relevant experience will be an advantage
