We pride ourselves on reliability, efficiency, and excellent customer service. We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Delivery Assistant to support our logistics and production operations.
### Role Overview
The Delivery Assistant will support the Driver, Warehouse, and Production Teams to ensure accurate, safe, and timely deliveries of frozen products. The role also includes assisting with product packaging and preparation to meet company quality and food safety standards. This position requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
### Key Responsibilities
* Assist with packaging and labeling of frozen products according to company standards
* Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and correct quantities
* Load and unload frozen products onto delivery vehicles
* Accompany driver on delivery routes and assist with customer deliveries
* Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain accurate records
* Handle products in line with food safety and temperature control requirements
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and work areas
* Support warehouse and production operations when required
* Provide professional and courteous service to customers
### Requirements
* Must have a valid Motorcycle driving license
* Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or food production environment (preferred but not essential)
* Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items
* Good communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
* Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings if required
* Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (advantageous)
