Job Overview
Position: Data Entry Operator
Age: 20 – 30 Years (School Leavers Encouraged!)
Skills: Strong Knowledge of MS Office Applications
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Accurate and timely data entry of operational and financial records
Maintenance of HR and workforce metrics records
Support with simple payroll-related data processing
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies
Coordinate and organize digital files and documents
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
Proven typing speed and high accuracy
Ability to handle large volumes of data
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws for basic HR data (advantage)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Regulated environment experience (advantage)
Prior experience in recruitment, credentialing, and planning
