About the role
💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Data Entry Operator

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
✪ Previous experience in data entry, administration or office coordination will be an added advantage
✪ Good knowledge of MS Office packages, especially Excel and Word
✪ Good typing speed with attention to detail and accuracy
✪ Ability to manage and organize large volumes of data efficiently
✪ Basic knowledge of social media and online property listing platforms will be an added advantage
✪ Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
✪ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✪ School leavers are also encouraged to apply
💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
✪ Enter and maintain accurate property data and client information
✪ Upload and update property advertisements on online platforms and social media
✪ Organize and maintain digital records and documentation
✪ Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for property updates
✪ Ensure all property details, images and descriptions are updated correctly
✪ Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks when required
