📝 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Enter daily sales, stock, and operational data accurately into computer systems
✔️ Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, reports, and records
✔️ Assist with administrative and documentation tasks
✔️ Ensure proper filing and organization of company records
✔️ Coordinate with operations, stores, and accounts departments
✔️ Prepare daily and weekly reports when required
✔️ Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information
📋 Requirements
✔️ Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
✔️ Basic computer literacy and typing skills
