Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cutting Supervisor to oversee the cutting section operations in our apparel manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient fabric cutting processes, maintain quality standards, and manage the cutting team effectively to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities :
✅ Supervise daily operations of the cutting section
✅ Ensure fabric cutting is carried out according to markers and production plans
✅ Operate and monitor cutting machines efficiently and safely
✅ Verify patterns, measurements, and fabric alignment before cutting
✅ Maintain high-quality standards and minimize fabric wastage
✅ Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines
✅ Train and guide cutting staff to improve performance and efficiency
✅ Ensure proper maintenance of cutting equipment
✅ Maintain accurate records of cutting outputs and fabric usage
Requirements & Qualifications :
✅ Minimum 2 year of experience in the garment/apparel industry (cutting section preferred)
✅ Good knowledge of cutting machines and fabric handling
✅ Ability to read and understand markers, patterns, and measurements
✅ Strong attention to detail and quality control
✅ Good leadership and team management skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
