Job Role

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, social media, and in-store communication

• Build and maintain good customer relationships

• Provide product information and recommend suitable solutions

• Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction

• Support the sales and operations team when needed

• Maintain customer records and reports accurately

Requirements

• Passed G.C.E A/L or equivalent qualification

• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English

• Friendly personality with positive attitude

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Social Media)

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
