⏰ Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM | Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
• Respond to customer inquiries & complaints
• Coordinate deliveries with couriers
• Manage messages on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp & Facebook
• Answer calls & maintain records
• Support social media management
You Should Have:
• Fluent in English & Sinhala (Tamil is a bonus!)
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Ability to multitask & stay organized
• Basic knowledge of social media
