Customer Support - Ratmalana
Digital Online Trading Lanka (DOT LK) Pvt Ltd is a multi-category online retailer in Sri Lanka having buying relationships with brands in Sri Lanka and across the world. DOT LK also works with homegrown brands enabling end-to-end digitization via creating an online presence and managing order fulfillment.
JOB ROLE
• Replying to customer chats and attending customer calls in a timely and professional manner
• Handling customer warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Making claims for returned products and coordinating required documentation
• Time Management: Able to work independently and meet daily deadlines
• Performing data entry tasks and analyzing reports to support operations
• At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions efficiently
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• School leavers (O/L or A/L) are encouraged to apply
• Age between 18 – 25 years
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and Google Applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Communication skills in English (Sinhala & Tamil is an added advantage)
• Working days from Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Priority will be given to candidates who can join within short notice & available for full-time employment
