We are looking for a confident, friendly and well-presented **Customer Service Executive** to join our growing team.
**Requirements:**
• Good command of **English** – both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional and confident personality
• Well-presented with a professional appearance
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone, WhatsApp and in person
• Basic computer and social media knowledge
• Good organizational and customer-handling skills
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or a similar position will be an added advantage
• Ability to work responsibly as part of a team
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Handling customer calls and inquiries
• Responding to WhatsApp and social media inquiries
• Following up with customers and maintaining good customer relationships
• Coordinating customer appointments and requirements
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming customer experience
• Supporting the management and sales team with customer-related activities
