M Cake Factory is looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Service Executive to join our team.

Basic requirements:

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Friendly attitude and willingness to learn

• Responsible and punctual

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and orders

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Education:

• Candidates who have completed G.C.E. A/L in Commerce stream are preferred
