【~】 Minimum 02 years' experience in a customer service or coordination role (printing industry preferred)

【~】 Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala

【~】 Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

【~】 Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and timelines (definite advantage)

【~】 Ability to multitask under pressure with a problem-solving mindset
