Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
Age between 20 - 30 years
Good communication skills (Sinhala & basic English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role
Basic Salary: LKR 30,000 – 45,000 (based on experience)
