Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Hindi Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and maintaining positive relationships with clients through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in Hindi.
• Respond to customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Record and update customer information in company systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Requirements
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
• Minimum one year experience in Sales, Customer Service, Call Center or related field is a must.
• Advanced Computer Knowledge, MS office, WhatsApp and related software’s
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Salary
100,000 LKR – 150,000LKR
