Key Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala.
Age between 30 – 50 years.
Professional, courteous, and confident telephone etiquette.
Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized with strong planning and administrative abilities.
Computer literate with proficiency in common office applications.
Ability to coordinate operations and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, or Sales,
preferably as a Team Leader or Senior Executive, will be a distinct advantage.
What We Offer
