The Customer Relations Associate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing assistance, directions, and general support while ensuring a friendly, welcoming, and professional front office environment.
Requirements
Age between 20 – 30 years
Previous experience will be an added advantage
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Basic computer literacy, including MS Office
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented personality
