We are looking for a Customer Handling Agent to join Silk Wings Deco, a leading wedding & event décor company with over 25 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp & social media)

Discuss event décor concepts and client requirements

Present décor ideas, packages & quotations

Coordinate with the décor team to finalize event details

Maintain professional client relationships from inquiry to booking

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (Sinhala & English / Tamil is an advantage)

Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills

Interest or basic knowledge in weddings & event décor

Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally

Experience in events, hospitality, or sales will be an advantage

Location: Negombo
