The Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, assisting with inquiries, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism and care that define the AKARA brand.
Key Responsibilities
*Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
*Provide accurate information about our properties and coordinate viewing appointments.
*Support clients with documentation, answer their questions, and ensure timely follow-up.
*Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service that enhances the overall client experience.
*Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
Requirements
*1–2 years of experience in customer care, customer support, or a similar client-facing role.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A friendly, patient, and service-oriented approach.
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment.
