Qualifications:
• Diploma / HND / Undergraduate in any relevant field
• Good English knowledge (spoken & written) is required
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling, CRM systems will be an advantage)
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
Experience:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role
• Experience in a retail or mobile phone showroom environment will be an added advantage
Key Skills:
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally (calls, messages, and walk-ins)
• Strong problem-solving and complaint handling skills
• Accurate data entry and customer record maintenance
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and multitasking ability
