Role Description:
This full-time role as a ( Call Center Executive / Customer care Executive / Recovery Executive ) - based on-site in Nugegoda. The executive will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, and offer guidance. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving concerns effectively and achieving service targets in alignment with company goals.
Job Requirements:
• Passed the (G.C.E. O/L) and Faced the (G.C.E. A/L)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
(Sinhala /English / Tamil)
• Ability to work with MS Office & good in Web Surfing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
• Prior work experience will be considered an added advantage.
• Age between 20–50 years.
• Target oriented.
