🔹 Key Responsibilities
# Prepare and serve bubble tea and other menu items according to company standards.
# Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
# Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store.
# Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
# Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions accurately.
# Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
# For Team Leaders: Supervise daily operations, support team members, and ensure smooth store performance.
🔹 Requirements
✔ Age between 18 – 30 years
✔ Disciplined, responsible, and hardworking
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Excellent communication and people skills
✔ Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
✔ Previous experience as a Barista, Grill Cook, or in the hospitality industry is an added advantage but not essential
✔ Leadership experience is preferred for Team Leader positions
