CREW MEMBERS
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver friendly and professional customer service to ensure a positive in-store experience.
Maintain proper stock levels, organized displays, and overall store cleanliness.
Accurately handle billing and transactions using POS systems.
Support sales by promoting offers and assisting in achieving store targets.
Ensure store safety, minimize stock loss, and report any concerns.
Work collaboratively with the team for smooth daily operations.
Perform all duties with punctuality, responsibility, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Age between 18–30 years
Previous experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Sinhala / Tamil (basic English is an added advantage).
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Preference will be given to candidates residing close to the store location.
Barista experience will be an added advantage.
