KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | ප්රධාන වගකීම්
Handle cashiering duties including billing and payments
| බිල් කිරීම සහ ගෙවීම් කළමනාකරණය කිරීම
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
| මිත්රශීලී සහ කාර්යක්ෂම පාරිභෝගික සේවය ලබා දීම
Maintain accuracy in cash handling and transactions
| මුදල් ගනුදෙනු නිවැරදිව සිදු කිරීම
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
Follow company standards and hygiene practices
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS | අවම සුදුසුකම්
Basic knowledge of cashiering or customer service
| මුදල් ගනුදෙනු හෝ පාරිභෝගික සේවය පිළිබඳ මූලික දැනුම
Minimum Qualification – Sat for G.C.E (A/L) or (O/L)
| අවම සුදුසුකම් - අ.පො.ස (උ/පෙළ) හෝ (සා/පෙළ)
Basic computer knowledge (POS systems preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Energetic, trustworthy & willing to learn
