Crew Helper - Aththidiya

Job Title: Crew Helper

Primary Responsibilities

• Goods Receiving

 Unloading, checking, and stacking goods received from suppliers in storage racks.

 Ensuring accurate verification and recording of received goods.

• Goods Dispatching

 Assorting, checking, loading, and unloading goods for distribution to locations.

 Assisting in packing and preparing goods for delivery.

 Maintaining proper documentation for outgoing goods.

• Production Support

 Assisting in the production process as needed.

 Helping to produce products as per requirements.

 Cleaning and maintaining the production room to ensure hygiene and safety.

 Packing finished goods and preparing them for delivery.

• Stores Maintenance

 Regularly cleaning and organizing the stores.

 Arranging inventory systematically for easy access.

 Conducting regular stock counts for verification purposes.

• Working Hours

 9 AM to 6 PM

 Weekly one day off

 Availability required on Sundays and Holidays

• Benefits

 Salary: 55,000 – 60,000 (Basic, Food Allowance & OT)

• Qualifications and Skills

 18 - 30 years age gap

 Experience in a similar role is an advantage.

 Fluent in Sinhala and Tamil, with basic reading and writing skills in English.

 Physical strength and ability to lift and move goods.

 Teamworking skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
