Cook / Chef – Requirements
1.Male candidates
2.Age between 22 – 45 years
3.Minimum basic culinary training or hotel experience
4.At least 2 years of experience as a Cook / Chef in a hotel or restaurant
5.Good knowledge of Sri Lankan and basic international cuisine
6.Ability to maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
7.Able to work under pressure and during peak hours
8.Team player with a positive attitude
9.Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
10.Selected applicants will be required to strictly follow all rules, regulations, and policies of the Hotel Management
