Job Description
The role is to manage and coordinate digital content and the website content creation team under the supervision of content strategist. Candidates need excellent communication and organizational skills The role may include things like writing briefs, managing, supporting and liaising with different teams of people, managing inventories and content schedules, and reviewing content for quality control
Responsibilities
• Write articles and post
• Assist with roadmap planning, story concepting, and product pulls for monthly content stories • Prepare session abstracts, scripts, slides, ready docs, and speaker ask emails for campaigns. • Own key content documents such as briefs or content decks .• Review content before publishing • Maintain cross-functional action plans and content calendar trackers • Populate topics on social media • Support virtual and in-person events • Input and update databases • Liaise with all levels, team members, clients, attendees, sponsors and vendors, building external and internal relationships • Research and curate relevant industry-specific trends / cultural events / competitive initiatives

Qualifications, skills and attributes
• Professional Experience
• Preferably a bachelor's degree holder or with equivalent professional qualifications and experience • Understanding of e-commerce marketing
• Technical/professional skills and competencies Eye for detail creative mindset, excellent organizational and communication skills Thrive in a fast-paced environment
