Construction Site Supervisor / Assistant to Engineer
Serendib Engineering and Services is looking for a proactive and energetic Site Supervisor to support our engineering team across multiple active construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Site Coordination: Assist the Lead Engineer in daily site operations and progress monitoring.
Site Visits: Travel between various construction sites to oversee ongoing work and ensure quality standards.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on site progress, material requirements, and labor coordination.
Technical Support: Help resolve minor technical issues on-site and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
Mobility: Must possess an own motorcycle or bike (a valid riding license is mandatory).
Experience: Prior experience in construction site supervision or a technical background is preferred.
Attributes: Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Work Details & Benefits
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
Fuel Expenses: All work-related fuel costs will be fully covered by the company.
