**CONDOMINIUM MANAGER**

Citadel Residencies is seeking a competent, full-time Condominium Manager to oversee the daily management, administration, maintenance, and resident coordination of the condominium.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Prior management experience in a condominium, apartment complex, hotel, commercial building, or similar institution

• Working knowledge of building maintenance, machinery, utilities, safety procedures, and contractor supervision

• Ability to coordinate security, housekeeping, repairs, service providers, and routine inspections

• Experience in financial, administrative, and operational reporting

• Good command of English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and business correspondence

• Strong communication, public relations, problem-solving, and people-management skills

The selected candidate will be expected to work full-time and manage day-to-day operational matters professionally and independently. Salary and emoluments will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
